Are you a true Cheetos lover? If you’ve been dreaming about a menu that’s only Cheetos inspired dishes, you’re in luck. For three days only, from August 15 to August 17th, The Spotted Cheetah will be open at 211 West Broadway in the city. In typical pop up fashion, The Spotted Cheetah is already completely booked. Want in on this experience? True Cheetos fans can sign up on an online waiting list, in hopes that they’ll get to try some of these cheetolicious dishes!
The Spotted Cheetah will feature fan inspired dishes, like “purrfectly green tomatoes”, Cheetos Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup, Spicy Cheetos Nachos, and for dessert: a Cheetos Sweetos Crusted Cheesecake. The menu consists of starters, the big cheese (entrees), and the sweet spot (dessert). Celebrity TV chef Anne Burrell from the Food Network hosts such shows like Worst Cooks In America, and Secrets of a Restaurant Chef. In addition to hosting these popular shows, Burrell recently opened a (permanent) restaurant in Brooklyn, called Phil & Anne’s Good Time Lounge.
If you can’t make it out to the limited time pop up, The Spotted Cheetah will be offering a digital cookbook on their restaurant website, filled with plenty of Cheetos-infused recipes to try in your own dangerously cheesy kitchen!

This appetizer combines two of our favorite things: fried food and homemade ranch dressing. Fried food is even better when it has a little crunch to it, and a Cheetos crusted fried pickle is sure to be both crunchy and cheesetastically delicious!

Flamin’ Hot and White Cheddar Mac n’ Cheetos
If you want to get a whole serving of cheese in just a couple of bites, the Flamin’ Hot and White Cheddar Mac n’ Cheetos seems like the easiest way to get there. Chester the Cheetah is a bonafide genius for thinking of a way to combine mac n’ cheese with Cheetos.

Cheetos Sweetos Crusted Cheesecake
If you’ve been looking to get your hands on some Sweetos, this is probably going to be your only chance, since these sweet Cheetos are sold out everywhere, we checked all over the internet. If your sweet tooth is dying to try something one of a kind, a rich goat cheese cheesecake crusted with Sweetos sounds like a pretty good deal to us!
